Shipping / Return Policy

All sales are final. Backwoodz Studioz is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipping or if the carrier loses the item. Once the order leaves our offices, the package is out of our control. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item that could have occurred prior to shipping, Backwoodz Studios will ship you a replacement of the exact item after the damaged or defective item has been returned. The damaged or defective item must be returned within thirty (30) days of when it was received, after which Backwoodz Studios will ship the replacement item within six (6) weeks. If a vinyl jacket is damaged (even if during shipment), Backwoodz Studioz will try to send a replacement jacket if available at no cost to USA domestic customers, but the customer must provide photo evidence of the damage. If international customers must pay for the shipment if a replacement jacket is needed. If a package is missing, customers should first use their tracking information and follow up with USPS missing packages or with their local postal service in their country. USPS tracking since COVID loses updates commonly once the package leaves USA and international packages are taking much longer than usual since COVID, please expect this especially when ordering internationally.
