At Backwoodz Studioz, we value our customers, fans, and supporters, and we take feedback seriously. We are constantly working to improve our processes and resolve issues where possible, with the goal of ensuring that every order arrives safely and in the best condition achievable.

All orders are packed with reasonable care using the best materials commercially available to us at the time of shipment. Once an order is tendered to a third-party carrier, responsibility for delivery, handling, and transit conditions lies with the carrier, and Backwoodz Studioz is not responsible for delays, loss, theft, or damage occurring during transit, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

To better serve our community and help reduce transit-related issues, we offer optional shipping protections at checkout, including seam split prevention packing and shipping insurance, where applicable.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMELINES

• Please allow up to 10 business days for active orders to be processed and shipped.

• No special shipping or packing requests are available. Orders are packed and shipped according to the options selected at checkout and our standard fulfillment practices.

• We will ship and pack each order to the best of our abilities using our established methods and materials.

PRE-ORDERS

• Orders containing pre-order items will not ship until all items in the order are in stock.

• This includes orders that contain both in-stock items and pre-order items.

• Pre-order ship dates are estimates and may be subject to manufacturing or production delays beyond our control.

VINYL RECORD SHIPPING & SEAM SPLIT PREVENTION

• Newer vinyl record releases ship with Seam Split Prevention Packing automatically included, at no additional cost.

• Older or back-catalog vinyl releases do not include seam split prevention unless explicitly selected at checkout.

• Each vinyl product page clearly identifies the default packing configuration and the available protection options for that item.

Seam split prevention may include shipping the vinyl record outside of the jacket (within the same protective sleeve) and/or other industry-standard methods intended to reduce jacket damage. Seam split prevention reduces risk but does not eliminate it.

If a customer selects seam split prevention for an item that does not include it by default, an additional handling charge may apply. This charge reflects the extra labor and materials required to change the item’s standard packing configuration.

SHIPPING INSURANCE, DAMAGE & CLAIMS

• Shipping insurance, when available, is optional and must be selected at checkout.

• Backwoodz Studioz is not responsible for damage, loss, theft, or delay during transit once the shipment is in the carrier’s possession, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

• Claims for insured shipments are handled solely through the insurance provider and are subject to that provider’s terms, conditions, documentation requirements, and timelines.

• All claims require clear photo and/or video evidence, including images of the packaging, shipping materials, and affected item(s), submitted within a reasonable time after delivery.

• Failure to provide adequate documentation may result in claim denial. Backwoodz Studioz does not guarantee claim approval.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

• Minor cosmetic issues (including but not limited to small corner dings, sleeve creasing, or light seam wear) may occur during shipping and are considered inherent risks of mail transit.

• Refunds, replacements, or credits for transit damage are not guaranteed and will only be issued where required by applicable law or approved through shipping insurance.

• Backwoodz Studioz reserves the right to update shipping methods, materials, handling charges, processing times, and protection options at any time without prior notice.
